  • 这两个同构异序的短语意思并不相同:just not作“差一点儿不,根本不”解,而not just...(but)的意思是“不仅…(还…)”。 试比较:

  • just, justly
  • justly是由just(形容词)派生来的副词,作“公正地,正当地”解。不能把它和just(副词)混淆。试比较:
    Our representative has just spoken.
    我们的代表刚发了言。
    He has spoken justly.
    他讲得有理。
  • impartial,just,fair,neutral,objective
  • 这些形容词均有“公正的、公平的、不偏不倚的”之意。
    impartial侧重对任何人或任何一方没有成见或偏袒。
    just多用于庄重场合,指不受个人利益得失或感情倾向的影响,侧重按照公认的准则或标准处理问题。
    fair普通常用词,指不偏不倚地对待人和物,侧重不受个人感情、偏见或利益所影响。
    neutral强调持中立态度,不偏袒任何一方,甚至不作最后的裁决。
    objective着重客观、真实,不为个人偏见、兴趣、感情或看法所左右。

  • 三者都含有“正好;就是”之意。
    very是形容词,用来修饰名词,位于the, this,my等限定词后。
    right作副词,用来修饰谓语(常为动词be)或作状语的介词短语等,须放在the, this,my等限定词之前。
    just作副词与right类似。
