  • take advice from sb/sth, take the advice from sb/sth
    1.take advice from sb/sth 的意思是“听听某人的意见”; take the advice from sb/sth 的意思是“听从某人的意见”。
2.take advice from sb/sth 常用于祈使句; take the advice from sb/sth 常用于陈述句。
Let's take advice from the masses.
We must take the advice from the masses.
  • the advice from, the advice of
,也可说on n.
  • by the advice of pron., on the advice of pron.
的意见办”,但on the advice of pron.比by the advice of pron.
  • advice, proposal, suggestion
You'd better have legal advice before acting.
We welcome any suggestion that helps to improve our work.
His proposal was approved by the committee.
    3.suggestion和proposal可以用作可数名词,如a suggestion〔proposal〕一条意见,而advice却不可数,须说a piece of advice。
  • advice, counsel
  • advice, counsel, opinion, point of view, view
    1.point of view
It is wrong to approach a problem from a metaphysical point of view.
He always imposes his opinion upon others.
The opinion is accepted as true.
Most of my classmates accord in that opinion.
You had better follow his counsel.
They refused to listen to the old man's counsel.
    His views are conservative.
He asked me to give him some advice.
I accepted his advice in buying a new car.
She countered that her advice had not been heeded.
  • advice,opinion,proposal,suggestion,recommendation,view
